The Elite Job is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented, and articulate Medical Inquiry Call Handlers to join our remote healthcare support team in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound medical inquiries via phone, email, or live chat from patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.

  • Accurately document all interactions and escalate complex or adverse event queries to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Provide clear and concise information regarding product usage, dosage, side effects, and other medical-related topics within the scope of approved guidelines.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and GDPR compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with the pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and medical teams to ensure accurate communication.

  • Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, medical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

  • Report any adverse events or product complaints as per internal and external regulations.

  • Deliver empathetic and professional service in high-pressure or emotionally sensitive situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
