Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for making sure our facility runs smoothly and to support operations. The ideal candidate will be both able to execute day-to-day operations activities with minimal supervision and bring a team first approach to supporting all Form Energy teammates and departments. Bringing a positive attitude and aptitude for problem solving, you will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team to provide a great and safe place to work. This position will require some flexibility with hours.</em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Receive incoming shipments with an electronic inventory system to ensure proper quantities of hardware and consumables inventory.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Unload, inspect, organize, log and distribute or safely store components and hardware.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the shipping of items including wrapping, logging, marking items, for shipment, loading freight shipments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pull orders from the warehouse area and help to deliver material to the production area utilizing forklift.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate and communicate with logistics and service providers involved in shipping and receiving of products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expected to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior forklift experience preferred, willingness to learn and be recertified on forklift required.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior Warehouse/Inventory Control experience preferred. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">WMS/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience, such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Freight and parcel shipping experience preferred. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working hands-on with frequent bending, stooping, sitting and standing. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flexible person with the ability to shift gears quickly and come back to the original task as needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organized and detail-oriented individual.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>#LI-Onsite</em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
