About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to help grow Tinder’s brand and business in Thailand. This role will support the development and execution of integrated, full-funnel marketing initiatives spanning brand through performance, with a strong focus on campaign management, optimizing performance marketing assets, and driving a local test-and-learn agenda to unlock growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both strategically minded and executionally strong—someone who understands Thai Gen Z culture, moves quickly, collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams, and is excited to shape how Tinder shows up in culture while driving meaningful results in the market. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Country Director, Tinder Thailand.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Thailand Marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing social-first, culturally relevant campaigns across brand, digital, social, partnerships, and performance touchpoints to grow visibility, engagement, and conversation among Thai audiences—particularly Gen Z and young millennials.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, while managing timelines, workflows, agencies, contracts, and day-to-day execution.
  • Manage and localize creative assets across media platforms (both Performance and Brand) for Thailand in partnership with a Multi-functional team, while leading the local test-and-learn agenda to continuously improve relevance, performance, and results.
  • Track campaign performance against key KPIs, extract actionable insights, and translate learnings into recommendations that improve future campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Lead executional excellence across budget management while coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, PR, Product Marketing, Media and regional stakeholders
  • Lead strategic thinking and align internal stakeholders by delivering clear post-campaign analyses, memos, and business updates for local, regional, and global audiences.


  • Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital, brand, or agency roles, ideally with experience in consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, or other youth-focused brands.
  • Strong experience in campaign management and execution, with exposure to full funnel marketing from brand to performance.
  • Strong understanding of Thailand’s consumer culture, social trends, and youth audiences, particularly Gen Z and young millennials.
  • Familiarity with media platforms across both brand and performance, with experience on developing effective creative, optimizing digital assets, and testing different messages, formats, and channels to improve results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Data-savvy and comfortable on analyzing large set of data especially on media, identifying actionable insights, and applying learnings to improve future execution.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams across media, creative, influencer/social, PR, or production.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools.
