The role
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and creative Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is a brilliant generalist role with exposure to campaigns, digital, content, email, events, internal comms and the day-to-day running of marketing operations.

You’ll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of multi-channel activity that drives brand awareness, engagement and commercial performance. It’s a role that blends creative and analytical work with a strong operational and administrative element, so if you enjoy juggling priorities and getting things shipped on time, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned to the core campaign calendar

  • Helping produce marketing collateral, digital assets and promotional materials

  • Building, testing and deploying marketing emails (design, copy, segmentation and performance tracking)

  • Supporting marketing events, activations and site launches

  • Helping launch new football and padel sites with tailored local marketing activity

  • Acting as a key point of contact for club teams, ensuring they have the right tools, assets and guidance

  • Supporting management of the marketing ticketing system and responding to internal requests efficiently

  • Assisting the SEO, CRM and Social Media teams with day-to-day activity and admin to keep things running smoothly

  • Maintaining marketing documentation, asset libraries, databases and internal processes

  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations

  • Supporting website and app updates to keep content accurate, current and aligned with campaigns

  • Coordinating with external agencies, suppliers and partners to deliver projects on time and on brand

  • Keeping up to date with marketing trends, tools and best practice and bringing fresh ideas to the team

  • Championing brand consistency and ensuring activity aligns with brand guidelines

  • Building strong relationships across departments to improve collaboration and delivery

What we’re looking for (essential)

  • Confident, clear communicator (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail with a good eye for design and presentation

  • Excellent writing skills, able to adapt tone for different audiences

  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused with a positive, “can-do” approach

  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience using email/CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp)

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service environments)

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)

  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaign delivery (digital, print, events)

  • CMS knowledge (e.g. WordPress or bespoke platforms) and confidence making basic web updates

  • Interest in sport, especially football and padel

  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in trends and consumer behaviour
