You’ll be the senior marketing leader for BetterUp across Europe, responsible for accelerating brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across our key markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy. Your leadership will drive the expansion of BetterUp’s presence in the dynamic and rapidly evolving EMEA market — helping us reach more organizations and individuals with our mission of human transformation.<br><br>As the EMEA marketing leader, you’ll report directly to the SVP of Marketing and serve as a key member of both the regional and global marketing leadership teams, ensuring tight alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives. You’ll own the integrated EMEA go-to-market plan across demand generation, account-based marketing, events, content, and product marketing.
