Marketing Account Manager

Position is located in St. George, Utah.

Position Summary:

The Agency St. George is a luxury real estate brokerage serving Southern Utah, and we are looking for an organized and creative Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day marketing needs of our office. This role supports agents, listings, and the brokerage brand through the creation of marketing materials, management of social media and digital presence, website support, email marketing, and coordination with corporate marketing.

This position requires strong organizational skills, creative execution, systems knowledge, and close collaboration with agents, vendors, and The Agency corporate team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a steward of The Agency brand, ensuring all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
  • Create deadline-driven marketing assets including listing materials, agent marketing pieces, presentations, flyers, signage, social media assets, and branded collateral.
  • Manage and grow The Agency St. George's social media presence, including Instagram and YouTube.
  • Create and publish on-brand social content for listings, agent milestones, holidays, and office updates.
  • Support basic website management including content updates, agent bio pages, profile photos, digital links, etc.
  • Create monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate print and specialty marketing projects with approved vendors.
  • Assist with onboarding new agents by introducing marketing tools, systems, and brand standards.
  • Attend monthly marketing meetings with The Agency’s Franchise Marketing Managers.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Managing Partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years marketing experience
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Canva
  • Portfolio required demonstrating both print and digital design work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing systems a plus but not required
  • Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and sense of urgency
  • Excellent project/client management skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
