Education: College Diploma or Skilled-Trade Certificate of Qualification (CoQ). (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of completion for the highest level of education attained. 1+ years’ experience working with PLC’s and Robots.
Ability to read blueprints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematics.

Proven problem-solving skills utilizing 8Ds, FMEAs, and DMAIC/DMADV project methodologies.
Proficiency with automation software and controls such as TIA Portal, Step 7, Rexroth, Schneider Unity, and 840D.
Technical experience with laser burning, Cognex vision systems, and simulation modeling.
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Practical application of Lean tools including 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
