OCBC Bank’s Corporate Treasury, under Group CFO Office, is seeking an experienced individual to be a part of the team responsible for driving balance sheet strategies and managing the Bank’s structural interest rate, liquidity/funding and foreign exchange positions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep expertise in treasury functions and a proven ability to deliver strategic financial management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Bank’s balance sheet strategies aligned with overall business objectives Build and enhance analytics and forecasting capabilities to support strategic decision making Balance the optimal mix of loans, deposits, treasury assets and wholesale funding, through collaborating with business units Manage structural interest rate and foreign exchange positions, recommending and implementing appropriate hedging strategies Manage high quality liquid assets, ensuring optimal liquidity levels to meet operational and regulatory requirements Optimise funding costs while maintaining diversified funding sources across subsidiaries and branches Coordinate balance sheet strategies and synergies across the Bank’s subsidiaries and branches Maintain and enhance the Bank’s funds transfer pricing framework to ensure fair, transparent internal pricing that supports business units’ competitiveness in the market Lead and mentor staff within the department, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance or related fields Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate treasury or related financial management roles within the banking sector Proven track record in managing interest rate, foreign exchange, liquidity and funding positions Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to perform effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in dynamic environment Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
