As manager you will lead, develop, and grow a team of analysts, and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify and enable innovative measurement solutions across Comcast’s advertising platforms. Acting in a player-coach capacity, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a team while still contributing to high-impact projects and client/ vendor engagements. We are looking for candidates that have a strong background in cross-screen advertising, are technically sound, and have excellent communication skills.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesSubject matter expert in advertising measurement and attribution domain. This includes knowledge of models and methodologies utilized for 1st party solutions, as well as knowledge of 3rd party vendor solutions across the ad measurement ecosystem.Creates and streamlines pipeline of advanced 1st party measurement and attribution solutions from request intake to report generation.Manages and develops a team of analysts focused on both technical and client-facing work.Improves tracking and reporting of work across team by leveraging project management software (Jira) for better resource allocation, headcount justification, and performance management.Works across product management, commercialization, and engineering teams to help define, build, automate, and scale net new solutions that benefit the core business and our clients.Meets with key, strategic clients to present advanced measurement findings, gather business requirements, and support account from a SME perspective.Partners with strategy and sales leadership to identify, implement, and enable revenue generating proof of concepts.Engages with sales and account leadership to understand client objectives, and how measurement and attribution can help solve for them.Trains internal and external stakeholders on how best to utilize our measurement solutions, with a focus on actionability and optimization.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
