Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, owning the marketing technology stack and ensuring every system, process, and data flow is instrumented, automated, and built to scale.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">This role requires someone who operates with equal fluency at the strategic and execution levels: one moment designing a lead scoring model aligned to account-based marketing priorities, the next building the automation that brings it to life. You are relentlessly focused on the customer journey and view every workflow, form, and handoff as an opportunity to improve the experience of the people Instinct serves.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>What You’ll Do šŸ±ā€šŸ’»</strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Marketing Technology & Systems Architecture</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Own and administer the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the system of record, and maintain clean, governed integrations across connected platforms including Slack, Mixpanel, Metabase, Clay, Orbital, and Intercom.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Architect and maintain scalable marketing automation systems that support multi-segment buyer journeys from individual practitioners through enterprise accounts.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Clay, Claude, and similar platforms, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Manage data enrichment, identity resolution, and system integrations across marketing and sales platforms to ensure a consistent, accurate view of every contact and account.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Continuously audit, debug, and optimize systems to ensure accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business goals; proactively identify technical debt and remediate it.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Pipeline Architecture & Lead Management</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Own the architecture and performance of the inbound pipeline, including forms, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design, implement, and continuously refine lead scoring models, persona segmentation, and account tiering to support account-based marketing and revenue prioritization.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Partner with GTM leaders to define and enforce lead lifecycle stages, SLAs, and qualification criteria; build the systems that make compliance automatic rather than manual.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Instrument the full marketing funnel in HubSpot, ensuring reliable attribution across channels and product lines.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Reporting & Continuous Improvement</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in HubSpot that give GTM leaders a reliable, real-time view of pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel performance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Define and govern marketing metric definitions in alignment with the VP RevOps; flag and resolve discrepancies proactively.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Conduct regular systems audits and produce actionable recommendations; operate with a bias toward automation and away from recurring manual work.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Document all systems, workflows, and processes with the rigor required for a team of one: if it is not documented, it does not exist.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Cross-Functional Partnership</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Serve as a trusted operational partner to Marketing leadership, translating campaign strategy into technical execution and feeding performance data back into planning.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience Operations to ensure clean handoffs, shared data standards, and consistent lifecycle instrumentation across the full customer journey.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Partner with Revenue Operations peers and the VP RevOps to prioritize the RevTech roadmap, flag integration gaps, and support cross-functional reporting initiatives.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Who You Are šŸ±ā€šŸ’»</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Must Haves:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated ownership of the marketing tech stack and automation systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">HubSpot expertise is required; CRM administration experience at an advanced level (not just user-level familiarity).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automations using tools such as Clay, Claude, n8n, or equivalent; comfort with no-code and low-code automation platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven experience managing lead scoring, persona segmentation, and account-based marketing infrastructure across both SMB/individual and enterprise buyer segments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with data enrichment tools, identity resolution, and multi-system integration management.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proficiency with analytics and BI tools;
