The Salesforce LCA (Legal & Corporate Affairs) Operations Strategic Initiatives & Innovation team is an integral part of our LCA organization, leading business transformation to optimize operations, drive innovation, spearhead AI transformation initiatives, and enable a data-driven culture for scale and growth. Our LCA Ops Strategic Initiatives & Innovation team is currently seeking an experienced, manager-level business systems analyst or legal technologist to lead corporate strategic and functional initiatives representing Legal & Corporate Affairs. This role is fundamental in AI transformation, providing program leadership, innovative design thinking, and data-driven decision insights to ensure legal requirements are met with clear objectives and success measures. This role will partner deeply with cross-functional teams and leaders at all levels. This role involves business requirements and process documentation, solution design, configuration leveraging the Salesforce platform, analytics tools, AI platforms, as well as integration with 3rd party applications and internal data sources. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform (particularly Service Cloud), understand how to build and leverage analytics, and implement AI solutions to transform business process and surface practical business insights. This individual will have a passion for customer success, leading-edge technologies, Salesforce platform capabilities, data intelligence, AI-powered and process automation solutions. This role will work out of our Atlanta or Indianapolis office three days a week. Responsibilities Define and implement practical AI and Salesforce platform configuration solutions, and/or partner with IT to drive the implementation of more complex systems enhancements. Provide ongoing technical and operational support for LCA owned and managed technology, and/or partner with IT to support technology used by LCA Analyze and document as-is business processes and tools In partnership with business teams, drive design and documentation of to-be processes and business/system requirements. Lead business transformation initiatives using AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize legal operations. Leverage data to drive insightful analysis that helps us best execute Legal & Corporate Affairs objectives and/or optimize our operations. Required Skills/Experience Experience in business analysis and process design (required) Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience and associated certifications (preferred) Experience using AI tools for personal productivity and workflow automation, with understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (required) Experience implementing AI solutions and technologies in business environments (preferred) Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with associated tools, including Salesforce Reports and Dashboards and Tableau (preferred) Experience working with legal and compliance stakeholders or in legal and compliance environments (preferred) Must be organized and possess a high level of understanding of data structures, confidentiality and data protection. Self-starter, results oriented, entrepreneurial style Hands-on Project Management experience Outstanding oral and written communication skills; able to communicate and effectively influence outcome at all level of the organization Ability to deal with conflicts in a cross functional environment.
