Key Responsibilities: • Lead forensic accounting investigations, fraud risk assessments, and litigation support engagements. • Manage restructuring assignments including insolvency analysis, turnaround strategies, and creditor negotiations. • Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance. • Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. • Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions. • Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA required; pursuit of CFE recommended. • 5–8 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, restructuring, or advisory services. • Prior experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements. • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.
