What You’ll Do

  • Keep our building safe & functional: Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies.
  • Use your technical skills: Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and more to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Support new residents: Prepare rooms and ensure each space is ready for move-ins.
  • Promote safety & compliance: Assist with inspections, work with contractors, and follow building codes and safety standards.
  • Lend a hand with residents: Help with outings, appointments, and provide a friendly, helpful presence in the community.
  • Take care of the details: Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and respond with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

  • Maintenance or repair experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields).
  • A problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
  • Friendly, approachable, and willing to interact with seniors and staff.
  • Flexibility to help with occasional weekend or evening needs.
