Maintenance Supervisor

Rushmore Management seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of maintenance experience.

We are seeking an experienced, talented, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and service issues of assigned multifamily residential property. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork.

Salary: $25.00 -$30.00 an hour

Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Completing maintenance tickets. Must be knowledgeable in the basics of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks as they arise.
  • Communicating with the property and service manager and working closely with team members to complete service requests and unit make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
  • Maintaining the property shop in an organized manner.
  • Sharing your knowledge with coworkers and assisting each other when challenges arise.
  • Going above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
  • Managing your time wisely.
  • Anticipating problems that residents may have before they even occur.

Maintenance Supervisor requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in all areas of construction
  • Previous management experience is a plus
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Possess and bring their own hand tools
