Machine Operator - 1st Shift - Reddi Wip/ Tablespreads Plant

Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Hourly Rate: $23.57 an hour Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, is looking to add to our production team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. and report to the production team lead. Machine operators safely operate equipment to produce quality product, clean equipment, and other tasks to support packaging and process areas. Compensation: Starting pay $23.57/hour plus shift differential Shifts Available: 1st Shift is 6:30AM - 3PM. Must be able to work overtime 4 hours before or after shift depending on company needs. You Will: Safely operate, perform preventative maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machinery to exceed planned performance measures. Perform quality checks as specified in procedures. Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training. Follow all training documents for job on assigned line. Participate in cleaning processes. Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly. Participate in all plant audits for assigned area. Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Perform all other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager. You Have: 1+ years' experience in manufacturing. Availability to work overtime; typically 4 hours before or after a shift and sometimes on the weekends. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.
