LPN – 12 Hour Day Shift | 1 Day a Week | Weekend Differential

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Wellness LPN to join our Assisted Living team for a 12-hour day shift. This role offers a flexible schedule working one shift per week with alternating Sunday and Monday coverage.

Schedule:
  • 12-hour shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

  • 1 day per week

  • Alternating Sunday and Monday

  • Weekend shift differential available

What You’ll Do:

As an LPN at Ginger Cove, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide nursing assessments and clinical oversight for residents
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor resident health and report changes to physicians and leadership
  • Review and maintain resident charts and documentation
  • Assist with care planning and service plan updates
  • Support infection control and quality assurance programs
  • Provide clinical guidance to caregiving staff
  • Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise and support caregiving staff
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
