Last Mile Operations at arenaflex is responsible for moving E-Commerce shipments from our unique Omnichannel fulfillment network to our Guests’ homes as well as supporting the sortation center strategy. Servicing the logistics and transportation out of that huge, distributed network with high volumes means a simultaneous microscopic attention to day-to-day detail as well as the ability to step back and think strategically in order to drive change within arenaflex and with our carriers to fully leverage our Stores as Hubs strategy and provide maximum Best in Class Guest Experience. As a Logistics Analyst – Last Mile Carrier Performance, you will be responsible for supporting the Last Mile carrier relationships by leading analysis and insight into carrier networks. Your objective is to identify, execute and drive improvement in how arenaflex leverages carrier networks to improve arenaflex, service, speed and sustainability. Strong problem solving skills, ability to drive change, self-motivated execution, and being a collaborative team player are must have skills. You will need to connect with internal relationship owners, vendor partners, technical teams, product teams, partner operational teams, and other various HQ and field teams. It is also important that you be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, changing, and executing vital processes in multiple systems.
