TACHES PRINCIPALES DU POSTE

  • Atteindre et depasser les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et personnels
  • Effectuer toutes les procedures relatives aux operations et a la prevention des pertes avec precision, conformement aux politiques en vigueur
  • Maintenir la presentation du magasin et l'organisation de l'arriere-boutique
  • Communiquer efficacement tous les besoins du magasin aux gestionnaires
  • Rester informe des tendances de mode actuelles
  • Effectuer toutes les taches liees aux caisses selon les procedures
  • Accomplir toutes les taches et responsabilites assignees dans les delais impartis
  • Offrir une experience amusante et complete a tous les clients
  • Completer toutes les formations requises

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  • Experience prealable de vente dans le domaine de la vente au detail souhaitee
  • Capacite d'effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois dans un environnement dynamique
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de relations interpersonnelles et de service a la clientele
  • Desir de reussir dans un environnement de vente au detail en constante evolution
  • Etre bilingue en fonction des besoins (Quebec seulement) **
  • Volonte d'apprentissage
  • Etre en mesure de travailler des quarts de soir et de fin de semaine
  • Capacite a grimper, s'etirer, se pencher et soulever jusqu'a 50 livres

JOB SUMMARY

To provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Little Burgundy while assisting with basic store operations and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
  • Perform all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policies
  • Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization
  • Effectively communicate all store needs to store management
  • Stay informed of current fashion trends
  • Complete all point of sale functions as required
  • Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly
  • Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers
  • Complete all required training
  • Understand the Little Burgundy culture and demonstrate it to the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
  • Bilingualism as required (Quebec only) **
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
