WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will create opportunities and build real relationships with homeowners. This is a professional, face to face residential sales role where you will:

  • Engage homeowners daily and spark interest in permanent outdoor lighting
  • Set qualified consultations for design and installation
  • Present customized lighting solutions as you grow into a closer role
  • Train weekly with leaders focused on skill, confidence, and production

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First 30 Days: $4,000 to $8,000

Developing Closers: $8,000 to $15,000

Top Sales Leaders: $150,000 to $300,000+ annually

Installers also earn $60,000 to $100,000+ annually depending on performance.
