This Role As our legal operational leader in the pre-litigation process, you’ll ensure casework is executed with precision, efficiency, and empathy. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team, drive quality outcomes for clients, and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations across the board. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions • Oversee key pre-litigation workflows—including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow-arenaflex, and lien resolution • Drive quality and throughput across high-volume personal injury caseloads • Collaborate cross-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions • Maintain high-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders • Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centered service Your Team: Legal Operations Our Legal Operations team values precision, speed, and care. You Might Be a Fit If You: • You have 5+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims—on either the plaintiff or defense side. (Alternatively, you have 2–3 years of experience as a PI attorney with a clear track record of involvement in operational improvements, process development, or team coordination.) • You bring strong people management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings. (This includes informal leadership or team coordination in a legal environment.) • You are highly process-driven and excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments. • You communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and attorneys. • You are passionate about building scalable systems and improving access to justice.
