Leeds Model Talent Agent - Part Time.

We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and highly organized Model Talent Agent to represent and develop professional models across fashion, commercial, editorial, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about the modeling industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Representation & Development

  • Scout, recruit, and sign new modeling talent.
  • Develop personalized career strategies for models.
  • Provide guidance on branding, portfolio development, and professional growth.
  • Coordinate test shoots, comp cards, and digitals.

Client Relations & Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion brands, advertising agencies, casting directors, photographers, and production companies.
  • Pitch talent for campaigns, runway shows, editorials, e-commerce, and commercial projects.
  • Identify new market opportunities and secure bookings.

Negotiation & Contracts

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage rights on behalf of models.
  • Review and manage agreements, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
  • Protect clients’ professional and financial interests.

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Coordinate castings, bookings, travel, and accommodations.
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely communication between clients and talent.
  • Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Industry Monitoring & Strategy

  • Stay informed about fashion trends, market demands, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor competitors and industry shifts.
  • Adapt representation strategies to evolving digital and social media landscapes.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
