We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

WWE Champions is our ultimate and unique RPG puzzle match game featuring WWE superstars and legends across mobile and PC platforms.  WWE Champions is the most downloaded WWE game to date, with a highly engaged and passionate community - who will remain undefeated?

What You Will Do

Lead Live Operations Manager to own and elevate live operations execution for WWE Champions, one of our most successful and enduring mobile titles. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership across the Live Ops calendar, operational quality, and execution standards.

As a Lead Live Ops Manager, you will lead complex Live Ops initiatives end to end, act as a key operational partner to Product, and use data, segmentation, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement. You will proactively identify risks, raise the quality bar for Live Ops execution, and mentor other Live Ops managers through influence and example.

This role is ideal for a deeply experienced Live Ops leader who combines hands-on operational excellence with strong analytical judgment and cross-functional influence.

  • End-to-End Live Ops Ownership: Own the execution of major live events, promotions, and offers from planning through post-event analysis, with full accountability for quality, performance, and player impact
  • Live Ops Calendar Leadership: Drive ownership of large portions of the Live Ops calendar, proactively managing sequencing, dependencies, and operational risk across teams
  • Live Issue Leadership: Lead live issue response during high-severity incidents, coordinating cross-functional partners and driving resolution while maintaining clear internal alignment and effective player-facing communication
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Independently analyze Live Ops performance using SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate insights into concrete improvements to Live Ops cadence, execution, and outcomes
  • Segmentation & Experimentation Leadership: Drive the use of segmentation and A/B testing within Live Ops, partnering with Product and Analytics to ensure experiments are correctly scoped, executed, and applied to future planning
  • Operational Excellence & Process Leadership: Identify systemic gaps in Live Ops workflows, tooling, and quality controls. Proactively drive improvements that reduce error rates, improve efficiency, and raise the overall execution bar
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as a trusted Live Ops partner to Product, Engineering, Analytics, Publishing, and Support, influencing decisions through expertise rather than authority
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor mid-level and junior Live Ops Managers by reviewing plans, providing feedback, and sharing best practices around execution quality, analytics usage, and experimentation
What We're Looking For
  • 7–9 years of experience in Live Ops, game operations, or live service roles, ideally in mobile free-to-play
  • Strong SQL proficiency and deep experience using analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and learning from segmented Live Ops content and A/B tests
  • Proven track record owning complex Live Ops calendars and high-impact live events
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate data into operational and strategic improvements
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to raise quality standards and mentor others through influence
  • Strong player-first judgment, especially in live issue handling and fairness decisions

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Live Ops admin tools, configuration systems, or experimentation frameworks
  • Experience working on social, competitive, or franchise-driven games (e.g., sports, fighting, licensed IP)
