We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (Full time & part-time) for our patient panel.

Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are seeking mental health support. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, providing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and maintaining clinical documentation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient's unique needs and goals
  • Diagnosing, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, evaluating treatment plans, and providing in house referrals for additional treatment needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions in individual, couples, family, and group settings
  • Monitor and evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals to emergency services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community organizations as necessary
  • Attend regular staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
  • Active and unrestricted state license to practice as a mental health therapist
  • Experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, communication, active listening, problem solving, ethical, ability to work with diverse populations
  • Thorough understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with electronic health record systems preferred

Pay: $122,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
