About the position We're looking for a Publisher Development Executive to join our London-based team and play a vital role in expanding our global network of sports publishers. Snack Media are a leading digital sports media company, proudly partnering with some of the world's most recognisable sports brands, including the NFL and WWE. As the home of 500+ sports publishers, we serve over one billion ad impressions each month across the globe. We support publishers through comprehensive monetisation solutions, audience growth strategies, and arenaflex-saving initiatives. With ambitious plans to further consolidate our position as the go-to network for digital sports publishers worldwide, now is an exciting time to come on board. Responsibilities • Identify, approach, and onboard new publisher partners into the Snack Media network, with a particular focus on the US market and key sports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing publishers. • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and smart communication strategies. • Learn the fundamentals of sales psychology and best practices in digital partnership growth. • Deliver against set KPIs and team goals. • Provide weekly updates to the Head of Partner Network and support strategic planning.
