Expect a fast-paced, team-driven environment where you’ll learn, grow, and build a meaningful career from the ground up.</p><p></p><p><b>YOUR IMPACT</b></p><ul><li>Support production operations by assisting with assembly, materials handling, and general labor tasks</li><li>Read and follow work orders and blueprints to complete assigned jobs accurately and safely</li><li>Move materials, pick parts, and help manage inventory and shortages as needed</li><li>Use hand, air, and electric power tools to assist with basic fabrication or finishing work</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and meet daily housekeeping expectations</li><li>Understand and practice Jetway quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement</li><li>Develop skills to grow into specialized production roles throughout the facility</li></ul><p></p><p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders</li><li>Comfort using basic hand tools and tape measures to 1/16"</li><li>Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills to follow instructions and part drawings</li><li>Ability to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidays</li><li>May require forklift or overhead crane certification depending on assignment</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and hearing test</li></ul><p></p><p><b>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or production environment</li><li>Familiarity with Syteline or other production tracking systems</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT TO EXPECT</b></p><p>This is an active, hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team.
