IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst 1 - Centennial, Colorado - ONSITE

IT Hardware Asset Analysts leverage communication, technical, and analytical skill-sets to identify, deliver, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions and value to the customer. Working at Depot 310, our enterprise hardware fulfillment center, you'll be at the center of arenaflex's IT hardware lifecycle operations. Always curious, Analysts understand how process and technology changes fit into the company strategy. Success is measured through process improvement, effective use of technology products, metrics/data-driven decision making, speed to delivery/resolution, and overall customer service provided to the end user. Hardware Analysts will support various technology platforms including PC/Mac desktops, laptops, retail selling devices, mobile devices, printers, scanners, payment terminals, and VoIP equipment. This role is onsite Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM local time. A Day in the Life... • General knowledge and understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and specifications including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, label printers, scanners, payment terminals, VoIP phones, and retail point-of-sale devices • Process customer requests for new device orders, fulfillment, break-fix, replacements, and returns per existing policy and standard operating procedures • Perform quality assurance testing on returned hardware to determine lifecycle status and disposition • Support accurate device inventory management and organization across Depot 310 and multiple retail/corporate locations • Execute shipping, receiving, and returns processing workflows with attention to detail and accuracy • Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for asset tracking, purchase order creation, inventory updates, and ticket management • Prioritize and drive tasks that support program scope and operational goals, measuring ongoing effectiveness • Support New Store Opening (NSO) projects including hardware kitting, staging, and deployment coordination • Awareness of industry practices, strategies, and processes within retail and technology • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with physical requirements including lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods • Provides amazing experiences for both internal and external customers by identifying needs and striving to meet them • Follows through on commitments and obligations and uses company resources wisely • Understands overall business objectives and priorities and how efforts align to depot operations • Remains creative and open to new ideas; contributes to process improvement initiatives • Collaborates, influences, and builds consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening • Solves problems by incorporating data into decision making • Focuses on solutions and identifies and removes barriers to problem solving • Adjusts to changing situations and expectations in a positive way, especially during high-volume periods and project deadlines You Own this if you Have... • 1+ year Analyst, Financial Analyst, Logistics, Warehouse, or IT Technician experience • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM preferred • arenaflex Office suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and work in a warehouse environment • Comfortable with technology troubleshooting and hardware testing procedures • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits. arenaflex is proud to offer a variety of benefits to support employees and their families, including: • Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time Away • Life Insurance and Disability • Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources A few more important points...
