Providing key IT Asset Services to Vocalink Limited (VLL) & Vocalink International (VIL). There is a growing demand and expansion across VLL/VIL for increased Service Intelligence/ITAM Services.<br>This role reports to and supports the Manager, IT Asset Management<br><br>Role<br><br>This role will work across and in collaboration with Internal VLL/VIL stakeholders, other Vocalink and Mastercard functions such as Security, Platform Services, Internal Audit, Risk and Operational Resilience along with external customers.<br>Responsibilities include: <br>• Support the Lead Analysts with BMC Discovery baseline reporting, gap analysis and resolution of issues.<br>• Support the ITAM Manager with SME expertise on internal audit and controls for ISO27001, ISAE3000 & external vendor audits.<br>• Follow ITAM governance and encourage methodology compliance within VLL/VIL.<br>• Support Organisational focus and governance in relation to licencing/contractual requirements for key vendors.<br>• Promote best practice for the use IT Asset Management Tools and data sets.<br>• Manage IT Asset Management tools, oversee Software Asset Management and provide peer review/technical coaching for junior team members.<br>• Support the creation and use of Power BI Dashboards providing data views for business consumption.<br>• Assists with the development of enterprise-wide IT Asset Management administration standards and procedures.<br>• Maintain accurate tracking of all data points and related reporting.<br>• Manage business meetings and reviews ensuring appropriate documentation is provided / established and retained within the remit of this role.<br>• Create and maintain functional documentation and refreshes within the established cadence.<br>• 1st Line risk mitigation and remediation, working with the assigned Risk Champion to track and manage within the Business Support risk register.<br><br>All About You / Experience<br><br>Essential<br><br>• Ability to organise, manage and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks.<br>• Experience with BMC Discovery/CMDB or similar tools.<br>• Experience with Flexera Flexnet Manager Suite/Data Platform or similar tools.<br>• Ability to analyse large data sets from multiple sources and present back in a meaningful format.<br>• Problem solving capabilities with ability to manage several issues simultaneously.<br><br>Desirable<br><br>• Understanding of Vocalink process and systems (e.g., Security, Platform Services, Internal Audit, Risk and Operational Resilience).<br>• Experience in the Payments Industry and some understanding of one or more payments systems. <br>• Ability to identify inefficient processes and propose enhancements.<br>• Industry knowledge on UK regulatory requirements.<br>• Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors and Resellers.<br><br>Key Competencies<br><br>• Organisation & Strategic Planning - shows effective ownership and responsibility to achieve goals and deadlines, even when there is a high degree of change. <br>• Ability to drive positive and impactful change – integration of the various aspects of this governance requires ‘buy-in’ from stakeholders<br>• Communication / Reporting – the ability to communicate and report organisational issues, and resolution plans within several cross-functional teams.<br>• Leadership - displays positive and appropriate interpersonal skills providing a shared vision for team, influencing, and motivating them to achieve relevant goals, even when not having direct “line management” responsibility.<br>• Quality of work; Excellent quality and reliability with economical use of time/resources.
