We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter with strong LinkedIn expertise for an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role

A fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter/LinkedIn Specialist to join Euro Car Parks on a permanent basis, to play a key role in attracting and sourcing high-quality candidates across our business. The role offers great progression and career path opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

Duties will include:

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search techniques and other online channels and platforms for roles across the business, including senior hires

Optimising LinkedIn opportunities to engage with candidates

Collaboration with hiring managers

Advertise job openings on careers pages and job boards and social networks

Screen talent effectively with the Company’s needs, to ensure only the best candidates are progressed to interview

Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone interviews

Setting up interviews for the hiring managers.

Working closely with the hiring managers, HR Manager and Directors on the status of open positions

Contributing to job descriptions and job ads, which are reflective of the companies tone and culture

Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process via email and phone

Skills:

Previous recruitment experience with a track record of success in a similar role

Strong hands on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

Knowledge of employer branding and LinkedIn content engagement.

Demonstratable success in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other search platforms.

Excellent administrative skills and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Experience of working in a customer-facing role

Able to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.

Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written, particularly good in composing emails to a professional business standard.

IT literate – Word and Excel

Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
