The OTC IRD Product team is Eurex’s face to the financial industry to help develop current and future clearing services and solutions across OTC Fixed Income. Building strong relationships with our existing and new clearing members, their clients, other industry providers and associated industry bodies, and understanding their needs and the impact of market developments, enables us to grow and expand our services. This ultimately increases the attractiveness of our portfolio with the ultimate goal to expand our role as the leading provider of OTC cleared services in Europe.

As an Intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tasks, supporting project delivery, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations using structured approaches such as PRINCE2. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and team coordination skills.


Your area of responsibilities

  • Conduct data research and market analysis to support product strategies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and strategic deliverables are met
  • Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, producing minutes, and completing follow ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for clients, senior leaders and project teams
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and resource tracking across business activities
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, leadership, team members and clients
  • Take part in internal training and learning initiatives to enhance market and product knowledge


Your profile

  • University degree preferably in management, finance, or economics
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong interest in derivatives and/or funding & financing markets
  • Experience in Business Operations, administrative, and business support role
  • Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with project coordination and structured delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 knowledge)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work alone and as part of a team with the objective to meet common target achievement
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a keen interest in developing products, systems and workflows
