We use data-driven insights to support economic growth and opportunity for all.<br><br>We’re also delivering the <strong>Connect to Work</strong> programme—an exciting DWP initiative helping people with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers find and stay in meaningful employment.<br><br><strong>Join us as an Integration Partnerships Officer to help build a better Lancashire.<br><br></strong><strong>As the Integration Partnerships Officer, you will:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive integration of employment support within health services by promoting the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model across NHS and care settings.</li><li>Build partnerships with health professionals to increase referrals and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme.</li><li>Coordinate delivery of employment pathways, ensuring seamless collaboration between health partners, local authorities, and service providers.</li><li>Lead strategic efforts to embed employment as a health outcome, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and report on programme impact.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What we are looking for: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in employment support, health services, or partnership coordination.</li><li>Strong understanding of the IPS model and integrated care systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>A passion for inclusive, person-centred approaches to employment and health.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Closing Date:</strong> 24/03/2026 <strong>Interviews:</strong> 31/03/2026 (in person at County Hall, Preston)<br><br>Application review is ongoing, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out on this exciting opportunity.<br><br>If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please join our information session on Thursday 19 th March at 1pm.
