You will deliver reports, analysis, and forecasts to provide a deeper understanding of our supporters, allowing our club to make more informed, supporter-centric choices.</p><p>In this role, you will work across market research, digital insights, and forecasting, contributing to a wide range of strategic and operational projects. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.<br></p><h3><strong>Your day-to-day</strong><br></h3><hr><ul><li><p><strong>Analyse supporter behaviour trends</strong> - you’ll identify patterns in engagement and share meaningful insights that guide planning and decision making</p></li><li><p><strong>Create and distribute insight reports</strong> - you will deliver a range of weekly and monthly reports that support key commercial stakeholders</p></li><li><p><strong>Support forecasting and modelling</strong> - you'll work closely with the Senior Insight Analyst on supporter forecasts and bespoke modelling projects</p></li><li><p><strong>Design and analyse research surveys</strong> - you will help build supporter surveys and CX touchpoints and turn results into insight-led recommendations</p></li><li><p><strong>Support digital analytics requests</strong> - you'll work with teams across Social, Marketing, Partnerships, Campaigns and Retail to interpret GA4 data across our platforms</p></li><li><p><strong>Contribute to social analytics reporting</strong> - you will use Emplifi to meet a variety of social reporting needs</p></li><li><p><strong>Turn segmentation insights into action</strong> - you'll share findings from our segmentation work to help teams create more targeted and valuable supporter experiences<br></p></li></ul><h3></h3><p> </p><h3><strong>What we are looking for</strong><br></h3><hr><ul><li><p><strong>Insights or analysis experience</strong> - you have previously worked in research, insights, data analysis or a similar discipline</p></li><li><p><strong>Advanced analytical capability</strong> - you are confident working with Microsoft Excel and interpreting complex datasets</p></li><li><p><strong>Knowledge of key digital tools</strong> - you understand Google Analytics 4 and ideally have familiarity with SQL, DataBricks, Looker Studio, or BigQuery</p></li><li><p><strong>Proactive problem solver</strong> - you enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative ways to deliver clear and actionable insights</p></li><li><p><strong>Excellent stakeholder management</strong> - you build effective relationships, communicate confidently and adapt your insights for a wide range of audiences</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborative and passionate team player</strong> - you bring energy, curiosity and a desire to drive progress across our club through teamwork and collaboration</p></li><li><p><strong>Relevant academic background</strong> - you're ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a mathematics‑related discipline<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Why choose us <br></strong></h3><hr><p>At Arsenal, we want everyone to feel a sense of trust and belonging, so we are proud of both our club values and also what we offer to our employees.
