Industrial Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

In this hands-on role, you’ll keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting production and facility equipment in an FDA-regulated, cGMP environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors, pumps, and packaging equipment)
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to reduce downtime
  • Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects
  • Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team that values reliability and pride in work

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree or Industrial Maintenance certification (preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and confined space procedures
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
