Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to extract insights from industrial systems and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Lead the implementation and integration of IoT solutions into clients' existing systems, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, to ensure successful execution of IoT projects. Act as a subject matter expert on industrial IoT, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed IoT solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to IoT and ensure all solutions meet necessary requirements. Actively contribute to the development and improvement of McKinsey's industrial IoT consulting methodologies and frameworks.
