As a Staff Engineer with Omni service management, you would:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. - Support communication efforts
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. - Assess the change impact
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. - Support training efforts
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning components into existing process or build new enhancement in Ticketing Tool (SNOW recommended).
- Undestanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process via SDLC policies
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and project goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
