" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $23-27.00/hour Location: The Woodlands, TX Assignment Duration: 3 months+ Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid, 40 hours + Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Support the management of import and export processes to ensure smooth and compliant international trade operations, including tolling activities Assist with documentation preparation Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and tolling partners Help maintain regulatory compliance Aid in issue resolution, including tolling-related challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the efficiency of logistics, tolling transactions, and overall supply chain activities Assist in addressing import/export challenges, such as shipping delays, customs hold, and compliance concerns, under the guidance of senior team members Support the development of corrective actions to help prevent recurring issues in trade operations Help escalate import/export issues to the appropriate stakeholders and contribute to timely and effective solutions Identifying and addressing tolling-related discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or documentation Coordinating with tolling partners to resolve delays, material shortages, or quality concerns Escalating complex tolling issues to senior team members while supporting troubleshooting efforts Qualifications Must have 2+ years of import/export experience Experience with SAP Critical thinking and problem solving skills High School diploma or GED required The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
