Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites in accordance with established hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., towels, soap, shampoo).
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
