Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed during busy periods.
  • Assist with serving food and beverages as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, to manage orders and payments efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in restaurants or hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
