Role Description

This role involves engaging potential clients and generating new sales opportunities through telemarketing.

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to engage potential clients
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and goals
  • Book meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach activity
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies through data-driven insights and feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Fluent English (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone
  • Comfortable handling objections and managing a high volume of calls daily
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or digital services is a plus
