We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Hiring Hostess!!! to join our vibrant team. This dynamic role is all about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front entrance. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors with enthusiasm, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Duties

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a lively and friendly demeanor, making them feel immediately welcomed
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Future POS
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests via phone or in person
  • Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and provide information about the venue’s offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organized front entrance area that reflects our vibrant atmosphere
  • Support team members with guest services, including handling phone etiquette and guest relations to enhance overall experience

Requirements

  • Previous host/hostess experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Future POS is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
