Role & responsibilities About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hiring, strong communication skills, and basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities - Understand IT requirements from hiring managers and analyze job descriptions. - Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and references. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical fit. - Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with stakeholders. - Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview process. - Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports. - Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts. - Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
