About the Role

We’re seeking an EMEA Field & ABM Marketing Lead to lead our regional marketing strategy, execution, and team across Europe & the Middle East. This will be someone who pioneers fresh ideas, challenges the status quo, and helps us punch far above our weight as we scale across Europe and the Middle East.

This role will launch our enterprise and ABM marketing programme in these regions, whilst building a self-sustaining fly wheel in our mid-market marketing efforts. You’ll blend strategy and execution localising global initiatives while creating region-specific programs that create visibility, drive pipeline, and enable sales success in a diverse, high-growth region.

We want someone who has a scaling mindset, moves fast, and has the creativity and tenacity deliver outsized impact on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on and develop the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with the global brand marketing strategy, bringing innovate approaches to the table.

  • Partner closely with regional sales, customer success, solutions and product leaders to refine value proposition, target segments, ICPs, core messaging and overall GTM strategy.

  • Build and deliver integrated demand and ABM drive measurable pipeline for enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Own key pipeline KPIs — sourced and influenced revenue, account engagement and pipeline velocity.

  • Represent the brand at events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

  • Design and deliver regional events (hosted and sponsored) including our annual flagship conference XapienCon, roundtables, customer advisory boards, webinars, and other events delivered to strategic accounts.

  • Develop joint marketing programs with strategic partners in line with our overall marketing strategy.

  • Establish dashboards to measure regional marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline influence.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to sales, leadership, and global marketing teams.

  • Act as the regional voice within the global marketing leadership team — sharing local insights and influencing global strategy.

What We're Looking For Essential
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise buyers, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software

  • Proven track record of marketing to enterprise segment, including experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools

  • Experience of community building preferred

  • Experience in compliance, risk management, legal technology, or adjacent markets strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies for complex technology solutions

  • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company that achieved significant scale preferred
