Group Sales Manager, Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite

<strong>The opportunity<br><br></strong>Delaware North is looking for our next great team member to join our Sales team at Tenaya Lodge, in Fish Camp, California. This Group Sales Manager role will focus on the Corporate market segment and manage accounts to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and ancillary revenues.<br><br>We are open to a remote candidate located within a short driving distance to Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, in the Central Valley or the Bay Area. This role will occasionally need to be on site, but will work primarily remotely.<br><br>Nestled among the majestic pines, Tenaya at Yosemite offers a Sierra experience unlike any other. A beautiful destination throughout the year, Tenaya at Yosemite is the gateway to Yosemite National Park, offering three distinct guest experiences including the Tenaya Lodge, the Cottages, and Waybound Yosemite.<br><br><strong>Pay<br><br></strong>Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 - $73,700 / year<br><br>In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
