Graphic Designer

Springbrook NY, Inc is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support its marketing and PR efforts. The role involves producing engaging print and digital materials while collaborating with senior team members to execute marketing campaigns and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual materials that support marketing campaigns and organizational needs across digital and print formats
  • Produce and edit graphics for social media, websites, brochures, forms, infographics, banners, and event materials
  • Assist with layout updates, document formatting, and version control
  • Work closely with marketing associates, content specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to life
  • Take direction from senior designers and support them on larger-scale design projects
  • Edit, proof, and print materials, including last-minute revisions
  • Apply Springbrook’s brand standards consistently across all materials
  • Attend events to assist with setting up branded materials and other day-of design needs
  • Review documents for layout accuracy and brand alignment
  • Assist in drafting basic written content for marketing materials as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Marketing & PR Leadership

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience (internships or equivalent experience acceptable)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles, layout, and printing practices
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Creative, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends for events
  • Must live within Springbrook's 14-County Service Region
  • Hybrid remote schedule with required in-office days; must have a reliable home workspace
  • Regional travel as needed
