The in-house marketing team of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is growing. Built from the ground up, our 35+ person in-house creative agency dreams up, designs and delivers some of the most widely distributed marketing assets for the properties, lifestyles, and communities of Utah.

Our internationally recognized, tight-knit team is looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and creativity intersect. This role is heavily rooted in production design and templated marketing assets, but as our brand continues to grow, we are expanding and elevating our custom creative projects. About You

  • You have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator.
  • You’re comfortable balancing high-volume production work as well asl deeper creative projects.
  • Your attention to detail is just as sharp as your creativity.
  • You are a team player who collaborates well and contributes to a positive team culture.
  • Crop marks, bleed, color profiles, and print-ready files are part of your everyday vocabulary.
  • You’re organized, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • You enjoy building relationships and providing great internal client service.


Sample Responsibilities


Production Design & Creative Execution
Deliver high-quality templated and custom marketing assets including social media graphics, flyers, postcards, direct mail, ads, brochures, and listing materials while maintaining brand consistency and quick turnaround times.


Workflow & Project Management
Manage a high volume of marketing requests, communicating with agents and team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.


Agent Support
Provide marketing and design support to agents, answering questions about listing marketing offerings, available assets, and design capabilities.


File Organization & Maintenance
Maintain organized design files, templates, and project assets within company systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the broader marketing team.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing materials with fast turnaround times (often within one business day).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field preferred.
