The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Reservations Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. As a primary point of contact for prospective and returning guests, you will play a critical role in personalizing their luxury travel experiences. This includes promoting our award-winning river and ocean cruises, tailoring travel packages, and managing all booking elements with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to guests and travel partners, showcasing our global cruise offerings.
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to guide them through their booking journey.
  • Create and manage reservations, including cruise itineraries, flights, accommodations, and pre/post-cruise extensions.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and nurture long-term client loyalty.
  • Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills when addressing guest changes or special requests.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Consistently meet individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Requirements
  • A passion for travel and an appreciation for luxury experiences
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (travel industry experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  • Quick adaptability to new systems and processes; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
  • Experience working in a home office or remote environment preferred

Work Schedule & Location

  • Must be available to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST / 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
  • This position is open to applicants who are located and legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Candidates outside Vancouver’s Lower Mainland will work remotely
  • Candidates within proximity of Vancouver will work in a hybrid model (office and remote)
