Job Summary
Foundever is seeking a visionary and strategic Global Network Program Director to lead the evolution of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing transformational change initiatives that align with business objectives and emerging technology trends. Working closely with the wider Global Network and Architecture teams, you will shape the future vision of our network infrastructure and drive strategic initiatives that modernize, optimize, and future-proof our global network ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise along with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities to deliver transformational outcomes across a complex, multi-regional environment.
What you will need to be successful
Experience
  • Over 10 years in network engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in strategic planning and transformation roles.
  • Hands on work showcasing consulting or advisory work on network transformation initiatives.
  • Background in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Previous experience working in global/multinational organizations or with Western enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in offshore or remote strategic leadership roles with global stakeholder management.

Skills & Competencies
  • Deep expertise in enterprise network technologies, strong program management, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud networking strategies.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Cisco, Nexus, Checkpoint.
  • Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform).
  • Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across the organisation.
  • Familiarity with SASE, zero-trust architectures, and modern security frameworks.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends (SD-WAN, SASE, AI/ML-driven networking, zero-trust architectures) for potential integration into the network strategy.

Relevant Qualifications and Training
  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred.
  • CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certifications.
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, transformation, or program management (TOGAF, PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, etc.).

Other skills required
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to define and articulate a long-term strategic vision.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to serve as a liaison, cultivate relationships, and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Skills in fostering a culture of innovation and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Expertise in creating compelling narratives and strategic documentation.
The Environment
Location: India (Chennai or Hyderabad)
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote and some flexibility around hours covering EMEA and EST time zones will be discussed with you.
