Location: New Jersey (Primarily North Jersey)
Work Setting: In-person | Door-to-Door / Street Outreach
Pay: Guaranteed $20/hour + performance-based incentives (non-commission)

Location & Commute

Our fundraising teams work primarily across North Jersey communities. This role is best suited for candidates who can reliably commute to different local sites for each scheduled shift. Locations are planned in advance, and all locations are accessible by public transportation available through North Jersey, commute times may vary by site.

Schedule & Availability

  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
  • Shift Times: Between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (weekdays & weekends)
  • Minimum Availability: 24 hours per week

What You’ll Do

As a Fundraiser, you will:

  • Engage the public in face-to-face conversations in busy community spaces

  • Educate people on important social and humanitarian issues
  • Inspire monthly donor support for meaningful causes
  • Work toward clear daily and weekly goals with team support
  • Receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship

This is an active, people-facing role – you’ll be out in the community, not behind a desk.
