Job Overview
A Front House Officer is responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
- Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building
- Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions, escalating where necessary
- Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests, ensuring all have a pleasant experience
Requirements
- A valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding (essential)
- A valid CCTV Licence (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- First Aid and Fire Marshal training (preferable)
- Flexible, committed and punctual
- Excellent concentration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and deal with emergencies
