Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to support our lobby walk-in traffic and handle incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys helping people, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A consistently positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various personality types
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Experience working with the public (customer-facing roles preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in the lobby and guide them through the 3 kiosk stations
- Provide approved rental listing information to prospective tenants
- Deliver a welcoming message and customer experience to all prospects
- Make courtesy and follow-up calls to owners and leasing clients
- Communicate with owners when a home has been rented
- Prepare move-in packets and welcome gifts for new move-ins
- Check drop boxes multiple times per day
- Scan documents and assist with data entry
- Support and communicate with other team members as needed
