Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures when applicable, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues swiftly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
  • Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the friendly, professional image of the hotel

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on guest services and relations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures when required, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
  • Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous
